Tahzara Wurawa

Tahzara was born in 2005. She is an Austrian-based actress of Zimbabwean and Austrian descent. She has always had her hands in the arts, one way or the other, by creating miniature sets, drawing, painting, or sculpturing. Prior to attending VETA, she received acting training at Pinewood Studios in England and has participated in various short movies and documentaries. She has a strong love of dance and movement and throughout her childhood and her teens received dance and martial arts training in various styles including Arial Silk, which she studied for two years.

During her time at VETA, she has learned how to be more grounded as a performer and has grown confident in her craft and in herself. Tahzara has loved every single role she has played to date, because they have all challenged her differently and taught her a new perspective in acting and in life. After graduation Tahzara plans to continue to pursue a career in film, television, theater, voice acting and directing. She is very excited to be making her Vienna’s English Theatre debut as Rose Gwynn.
