Shannon is thrilled to be performing The Syringa Tree at Vienna’s English Theatre, after completing a very successful run of the play in St. Louis, Missouri and Cincinnati, Ohio last spring. Shannon hails from Omaha, Nebraska but now makes New York City her home. She earned her Masters of Fine Arts degree from the National Theatre Conservatory, a division of the Denver Center Theatre Company in Colorado where she has been a company member for five seasons.

Recent roles include Millie in Picnic, Martha Cratchit in Christmas Carol, Lucy Tartan in the world premiere of Pierre, Skella in the world premiere of Inna Beginning, Perdita in The Winter’s Tale, Miranda in The Tempest, and the ensemble in Gross Indecency: The Three Trials of Oscar Wilde.

Other credits include Yale Repertory’s production of You Never Can Tell, The Taming of the Shrew and Romeo and Juliet at Shakespeare in Santa Fe, Karla at Long Wharf Theatre, and the Off-Broadway world premiere of The Bridge in Scarsdale.
