Lisa La Colla
Lisa was born on the island of Sardinia, Italy. She speaks fluent Italian, English, French, and Spanish. Her introduction to the performing arts was when at age 10, she played the piano professionally at the Conservatory of Music in Italy. At the age of 19, she moved to Bologna to study drama, art, and music. She completed her studies with an exchange program at the University of Sorbonne in Paris. She then graduated with a Master’s degree in Cinema, Television, and Multimedia Productions at the University of Bologna. At the same time, she obtained her degree from UCLA Professional Program in Screenwriting.
While a student at VETA, Lisa began hosting Screenwriting Workshops in Vienna. Her time at VETA has allowed her to find her confidence on stage and as a performing artist. She is very passionate about her art and enjoys developing her own projects around stories inspired by real-life and women-centered narratives. Lisa looks forward to pursuing an acting career in theatre, film, and television, as well as delving further into musical theatre, opera, and directing.
