Laura Petracco

Laura is a Brazilian-Italian actor, she speaks fluent Portuguese, Spanish, English and has a good grasp on Italian and German. Her introduction to the performing arts world was at the age of 9 when she started taking ballet classes and joined the choir at the Municipal Music Conservatory in Brazil.

A few years later, Laura joined the Compania Maxima de teatro, an amateur theatre company which gave her the opportunity to learn more about acting and traveling, performing in multiple theatre festivals around Brazil. She has also studied Arts at Jai Hind College Mumbai during an exchange year in India. Later, Laura moved to Ireland where she took a part-time acting course at the Gaiety School of Acting and joined the Actors Workshop in Dublin. She has recently become a member of the Spanish theatre group in Vienna, Soles del Sur.

Studying at VETA, allowed Laura to engage in the professional world of acting and she is looking forward to continuing her acting career in Europe. After getting her diploma, Laura plans to work in theatre, film and television.
