Eleni Chioni

Eleni was born in Greece and grew up in different regions of the country due to her father’s work. In 2019, the family moved to Vienna and Eleni began her VETA studies a year later. She is bilingual, speaking Greek and English fluently, as well as some German.
Eleni discovered her love for acting at an early age, when she starred in a Greek play inspired by the hugely popular 1960s vintage film Alice in the Navy. She also participated in a Greek tragedy, playing the role of Penelope in The Odyssey.
In Vienna, she was a member of V.E.T.’s SHOWTIME Teen Acting course and played the role of Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She also appeared in the short film Richard.
Apart from acting, Eleni is very fond of gothic culture and dance, especially pole dancing, which she has been doing professionally since the age of 16. After graduating from VETA, she wants to focus more on performing arts such as burlesque, and explore movement theatre, comedy and film.
