Ken trained as a director with Joan Knight at Perth Repertory Theatre in Scotland. He has worked in theatres throughout the UK and is really delighted to be in Vienna for the first time.
His previous work includes The Addams Family (Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, 2014 Edinburgh Fringe Festival), the premieres of Special Measures, Sex and the Suburbs, and his own stage adaptation of Laurel and Hardy’s Sons of the Desert (Royal Court Theatre Liverpool), The Steamie,Two, Dr Angelus, Bus Stop, Noises Off, Stepping Out, The Grapes of Wrath, Outlying Islands and the premiere of Whisky Galore – A Musical (Pitlochry Festival Theatre), Oliver!, Macbeth, Mary Queen of Scots Got Her Head Chopped Off, The Deep Blue Sea, Little Shop of Horrors (Perth Theatre), Romeo and Juliet, The Secret Garden, Master Class, Into the Woods, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Brighton Beach Memoirs, The Slab Boys, The Glass Menagerie (Byre Theatre St Andrews), Bondagers, The Odd Couple, Hormonal Housewives, Tally’s Blood, A Happy Medium, Parking Lot in Pittsburgh (UK Tours), the premieres of Clinton – The Musical (Kings Head, London) and Follow (Finborough Theatre, London), Night Mother, Closer Than Ever, Suddenly Last Summer (Freed Center, Ohio, USA).
