Ariana grew-up in the Washington, D.C area. She attended the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. and majored in Vocal Performance. In 2005, Ariana began a Master of Music in Opera Performance at the University of South Carolina. After the completion of her Master’s degree, she performed in numerous theater productions, worked with Opera Carolina, and in 2007 was the State winner of the Metropolitan Opera Competition.

Ariana has appeared in several theater, musical theater, operetta and opera productions in Italy and all over the United States. Her credits include Postcard from Morocco (Foreign Singer/Lady with a Hat Box), Le docteur miracle (Veronique), The Merry Widow (Olga/Clo-Clo), Die Fledermaus (Prince Orlofsky), Die Zauberflöte (Zweite Dame), The Sound of Music (Mother Abbess), Mourning Becomes Elektra (Christine), and The Merchant of Venice (Jessica), to name a few.

Since her move to Vienna, Austria in 2007, Ariana has concentrated on teaching, and conducting. She is the musical director of the Vienna’s English Theatre’s Youth Performing Arts School, Showtime and the theatre’s budding young professional company. After the success of the Youth Ensemble’s first two musicals, Spring Awakening and You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, Ariana is very pleased to be working on the company’s third musical production, Blood Brothers. She is also a conductor for the organization Superar, a cooperation between the Vienna’s Boy choir, the Vienna Concert House and Caritas.
