PIERO PROCACCINI has been studying improv and sketch comedy in Chicago for over a decade. He has completed programs at Second City, IO and the Annoyance and has gone on to teach at IO and Second City as well. He was Assistant to the Director for From Fear to Eternity in the Second City ETC and has directed a number of groups around the city as well, including Otis, the Crying Diamonds, Carl and the Passions and more recently, the Golden Baby ensemble out of New York City. Performing credits include American Dream, Johnny Roast Beef, Mr. Sir and his two solo shows, One Man Show, a sketch show where he does everything himself (including lights, sound, and taking tickets at the door), and Army of One, an improv show where he does a scene with every member of the audience. He also spent several years as a part of Second City ensembles aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines, performing sketch and improv. Piero loves teaching, directing and performing improvisation, and practicing it in everyday life.
