Kate trained at RADA and lives in London with her partner, three snakes and a bearded dragon. Whilst at RADA she won the award for ‘Most Outstanding Individual performance’ at the RADA ‘Prize Fights’. Since graduating she has acted in numerous critically acclaimed theatre, television and film productions. Her theatre credits include Hayley / Stella in Life for Beginners at Theatre 503; Directors Tim Roseman and Paul Robinson, the lead role, Grace in Powerplay Grace (lead) at Rosebery Repertory Company; Director Jamie Harper, Olivia in The Charming Man at Theatre 503; Director Paul Robinson, Glenna/Peep Show Girl in Edmond at Wilton’s Music Hall; Director Elliot Cowan, Lucy in The Water’s Edge at Arcola Theatre; Director Fiona Morell, Isabella in Edward II at Battersea Arts Centre; Director Michael Oakley, Widow in Don Juan Comes Back from the War at Belgrade Theatre; Director Gadi Roll and the lead role of Clare in the UK premiere of Tennessee Williams Something Cloudy, Something Clear at The Finborough Theatre directed by Tamara Harvey.

Her television credits include Sam Coates in Doctors (BBC), Dr Alice Parker in Holby City, Lorna in Eastenders (BBC), Laura in Casualty (BBC), Ella in The Bill (ITV), Nikki in The Courtroom (Channel 4).

Her film credits include Acacia (lead) in Animal, Haze in Vampire Diary, Clarissa in Pimp, American Sit-com Actress in Never Let Me Go, directed by Mark Romanek. Kate also played Jen in the award winning short film The Sickie starring Toby Jones. Kate has also performed in numerous music videos for UK bands including ‘Deaf Havana’, ‘The Upper Roof’ and ‘The Architects’.

Acting aside, on the 22nd of March Kate travels to Nepal to trek to The Mount Everest Base Camp in aid of the WCRF (World Cancer Research Fund). Other Desert Cities is Kate’s Continental stage debut.
