Peggy began her career in
A Long Day’s Journey Into Night with Helen Hayes in 1971 and was nominated in 1985 for the first Helen Hayes Award for her portrayal of Chick in
Crimes of the Heart. She has been a professional Actor for 42 years having appeared in Broadway, Off-Broadway and Off-Off Broadway productions.
Peggy also worked in regional theatre, summer stock, star packages as well as daytime soap operas, commercials, voice-overs and film. For seven years she was the voice of ABC’s
Soap Talk. Peggy just completed the world primer of
Our Lady of South Division Street at the Penguin Rep and at SevenAngelsTheatre as Clara. Peggy appeared at
GEVA Theatre as Mrs. Somes in
Our Town and at the Pioneer Theatre as Penny in
You Can’t Take It With You.

U.S. premiere of
That Was Then, Dorothy in
Inspecting Carol at the George Street Playhouse, Miss Prism in
The Importance of Being Earnest. She last appeared in Europe in
Frankfurt,

Basel, Switzerland as Big Mama in
Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. Before coming to
Vienna, Peggy performed at the Manhattan Theatre Club in a reading of
The Chalk Garden with Angela Lansbury.
