Anne started her career as a fairy in Pinocchio (Watermill Theatre, Newbury). Since then she has worked at the Belgrade Theatre, Coventry as Rosalind in As You Like It; at Theatr Clwyd, as Lady Macduff in Macbeth;
at the Mercury Theatre, Colchester, in On Golden Pond, Tartuffe and The Aspern Papers; at the Thorndike Theatre, Leatherhead, and The Aldwych Theatre, London, in Ibsen’s Brand and on tour and at The Garrick Theatre, London, in Brian Friel’s Dancing at Lughnasa (playing Rose). Other plays include Sue Glover’s The Millionairess (at the Edinburgh Festival), Caryl Churchill’s Top Girls, Molière’s Les Précieuses Ridicules; The Fire Raisers by Max Frisch and Equus by Peter Shaffer. TV work includes Insiders for the BBC.
