Roger is delighted to be returning to Vienna’s English Theatre where he was last seen in 1990 in I Ought to be in Pictures. Previous productions included Woman In Black, The Circle and Boys in Autumn.

His UK credits include seasons with the National Theatre, Bristol Old Vic, Nottingham Playhouse and Sheffield Crucible in addition to appearing in London’s West End at The Garrick and The Cambridge Theatres.

In the USA he was a co-founder of The GeVa theatre in upstate New York where he acted and directed in over fifty plays. He is an Associate Artist of The Alabama Shakespeare Festival where he worked for five years playing many great classical roles including Falstaff, Prospero and Claudius. He has also worked at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and at Stratford in Canada. His regional work in the USA has taken him to the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta, The Milwaukee Rep, the Long Wharf Theatre and Portland Center Stage playing roles as diverse as CS Lewis (Shadowlands), Tom Sergeant (Skylight), Author/Buks (Valley Song), the Player (R&G) and nearly everything in Ayckbourn!
