Lynden trained at Webber Douglas Academy.

He has just completed a successful run in the multi award nominated Menier Chocolate Factory production of A Little Night Music at the Garrick Theatre London, directed by Trevor Nunn.

He previously appeared at Viennas English Theatre as Jack Favell in Rebecca, Larry in Intent to Murder and David Rodingham in Write Me a Murder.
