Matthew Hendrickson

Matthew has visited Vienna once before, at the age of 19. He spent a lot of time in Standing Room at the Staatsoper.
Since then he has been appearing on stage in Canada and Britain, including several years with the
Reduced Shakespeare Company, on tour and in the West End of London. He recently performed in
Dickens Unplugged, a similar treatment of Dickens.� Other theatre has included the Nurse in
Romeo and Juliet (outdoors in Oxford), Scrooge in
A Christmas Carol (performed in a Spiegeltent),
Re:Design, based on the letters of Charles Darwin, and
Speed-the-Plow by David Mamet, in Winchester. He has also toured Italy several times performing to students of English, most recently in
Waiting for Godot.
Matthew also sings, and has been in a number of musicals, including
The Rocky Horror Show,
Sweeney Todd, and
Olympus on My Mind, in which he tap-danced in sandals. His next project is a feature film about werewolves on a boat.
