Kate’s theatre credits include: Cat on a Hot Tin Roof for Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds; Canterbury Tales, Corpse!, Dracula, Small Change, The Rivals, Ghosts, Outside Edge, Alphabetical Order, A Passionate Woman – all at Haymarket Theatre Basingstoke. The Way of the World and The Country Wife at York, Breaking the Code at the Library Manchester, The Provok’d Wife and What the Butler Saw at Century Theatre Keswick, Hamlet and A Midsummer Night’s Dream for Cleveland Theatre Co. Bedroom Farce at the Torch Milford Haven. TV work: Kate is probably best known as Elizabeth Pollard in YTV’s Emmerdale – a role she played for four years.

Her TV work includes: The Royal, Casualty, Doctors, Lost For Words, Coronation Street and Adam’s Family Tree. Kate lives in France with her husband the Director Alasdair Ramsay.
