Lesley is delighted to be playing the part of ‘Elvira’ as she has always longed to do so since seeing a production as a child.

Her theatre credits include: touring major theatres in the UK playing ‘Maggie’ in the Nottingham Playhouse production of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof; ‘Anthea’ in Joking Apart (Northcott Theatre Exeter and Haymarket Basingstoke); ‘Princess’ in Aladdin (The Kings, Glasgow and Brunton Theatre Musselburgh); ‘Jack’ in Jack and the Beanstalk (Perth Theatre) and ‘Aladdin’ in Aladdin (Harrogate Theatre).

For the past few years Lesley has been playing ‘Gemma Kerr’, the forensic pathologist in Taggart (ITV). Other television credits include the villainess ‘Charlotte Roberts’ in Doctors; Frans People (BBC); ‘Mary’ in Mary Queen of Scots (BBC) Sweet Charity (STV); Life Support (STV) and The Young Persons Guide to becoming a rockstar (Channel 4).

Film credits include Late Night Shopping, The Lovers, Pasty Faces, The House of Mirth and My Daughter’s Face. Radio Credits include Coming Home a continuing drama for BBC Scotland.
