Opera: Paul Bunyan.
His London credits include Woody Sez (Evening Standard Best Musical nomination); Dark of the Moon; Bonnie & Clyde and A Month in the Country.
David’s Off-Broadway credits include Woody Sez (Drama League, Broadway League, and Outer Critics’ Circle Best Musical Nominations 2017); Southern Comfort; Stars in Your Eyes and Winter Man.
His numerous regional theater credits include: Man of La Mancha, Elmer Gantry, Finian’s Rainbow, Big River, Pump Boys & Dinettes, On Golden Pond, Lost Highway, The Buddy Holly Story, Fire on the Mountain, as well as seven productions of Ring of Fire with his wife, Director Sherry Lutken.
Originally from Dallas, Texas, David studied at The Royal School of Church Music, received degrees from Duke University in Durham, N.C. and from the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Arts in London. He has performed at The Ryman Auditorium, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, with The North Carolina Symphony and the Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra, at The 92nd St. Y, Cooper Union, and on The Louisiana Hayride.
